Tourist visa holders are prohibited to engage in business, work or academic or any other paid Activities in Brazil.

FOR MINORS: Authorization of Visa Form for minor, duly filled and signed (with blue ink pen)and then Notarized and Attested by Mantralaya. Travel Authorization if one or both parents of the minor are Brazilian, which is to be attested by a notary and the Mantralaya.

For children below 7 years: Polio vaccination certificate and Birth Certificate with a copy.

Business visa holders are prohibited from engaging (1) in any paid activities (2) in any activity that involves the provision of services, including Intra Company (3) from working on a ship operating offshore or freighted for navigation in Brazil or Brazilian territorial waters.

Individuals involved in installation, service and/or repair of equipments, technical/Electronic/Administrative assistance or is employed by a firm belonging to a Transnational Economic Consortium with headquarters in Brazil and goes to perform technical-operational or administrative functions or for the assimilation of the enterprise’s culture and the management methodology or exchange of professional experiences do not qualify for a Temporary Visa Type II, but require a Temporary Visa Type V.
