SVS Visa Services is a consultancy company acting as an agent between Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates in India. SVS Visa Services only assists in the visa application & getting appointments. SVS cannot guarantee of visas, because, the Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates are the decision makers and we follow their instructions only. As an agent, SVS Visa Services has no contractual liability to the applicant in respect of the visa being issued.

These terms of service manage the provision of all services provided by SVS Visa Services in respect of the processing of visas for our applicants and all orders placed by our applicants are made and accepted subject to the terms. By sending applications to SVS Visa Services for processing, you accept all of the requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth herein and specifically agree and confirm that neither SVS Visa Services nor your travel company shall be liable to you for any failure to comply with the necessary visa requirements for your travel.

SVS Visa Services shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor shall SVS Visa Services be held responsible for expense or delay arising from or in connection with:

Any expense or cost incurred by the applicant due to these delays or non-issuances shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon SVS Visa Services. Tickets for travel should not be purchased prior to the visa being issued unless they are a specific requirement for that Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates and in such cases open tickets should be obtained.

SVS Visa Services provides very cautiously compiled visa information in good confidence on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective Embassies/High Commissions/Consulates at any or all times and SVS Visa Services shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

While every effort is made to provide accurate information, visa requirements are constantly changing and there may be a delay before we are advised of such changes. We are therefore unable to guarantee complete accuracy at all times. Processing times and charges given are solely for guidance purposes and cannot be guaranteed.

The fee which shall be payable by the applicant in respect of services provided by SVS Visa Services is exclusive of any consular charges whatsoever. Such consular charges as may be made will be the total liability of the applicant who must make payment in respect of those charges. SVS Visa Services reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice. SVS International reserves the right to retain all passports and documents until payment of the aforementioned amounts is received in full.

You agree that if you are unsatisfied with the service provided to you by SVS Visa Services or if you have a dispute or grievance with SVS Visa Services, a member or members of its staff, affiliates or related companies, you shall not discuss your dispute, grievance or dissatisfaction in any published form, including but not limited to posting on websites.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile and password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your profile or password.

The data available on this website is exclusively for the use of SVS International applicants. SVS Visa Services reserves the right to block website access and take legal action against any users who it may think to be accessing the website for illegal or unauthorized use.
